Question 1

In our household, there are twice as many cats as humans, with sixty legs in total.

How many cats are there to be fed?

60  twice as many means need to divide it into thirds then two third will be cats

Question 2

Three men run a business together.

The proportion of the profit they each get at the end of the month is based on the proportion of the funds they have invested in the business.

The April profit is shared out so that Al gets one third, Bob gets one half and Chuck gets one sixth.

In May, Des joins the group, investing half as much as Bob invested.

What share of the profit can Des expect to get?

¼ bob gets one halve so des is investing a halve of bob so des is investing a quarter

this book is about a boy called Percy that goes to a boarding school but lives with his mum and stepdad in a small apartment. he has dyslexia and ADHD.  he is having a normal life but suddenly his maths teacher turns into a monster. from there on things started getting weird his favorite teacher turns into a centaur and his best friend into a satyr.his live changed forever .

this book is one of those book that just makes you keep reading.
