peer mediation - merit post 1

peer mediation 1 

today was my peer mediation day there were lots of problems but nobody was listening to what we was saying.

there was a little kid crying cause a big kid stole the ball off him saying that only year four and up students were allowed to play with the balls. the little kid said that it was his classes ball .we couldn't solve this problem cause the little kid was crying and shouting too much so we couldn't understand what the kid was saying . there was another child that accidentally dropped something down a drain and was crying saying it was brand new and special .we couldn't do any thing cause our hands were too big .we apologized to them.

I used the care value active thinking because i thought of the best possible way to figure out he problem
